Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require a minimum of 24 hours notice before your scheduled appointment date. Your deposit will be pushed to your next appointment. Cancellations less than 24 hours or same day are subjected to a non-refundable deposit and a cancellation fee. If your cancellation fee is not paid at least 24hours after the scheduled appointment, no further appointments will be allowed with Sydney.
If your total remaining balance hasn’t been paid there will be a $25 additional charge added to the remaining balance for every 2 hours the payment hasn’t been sent. If the payment hasn’t been sent within 24 hours from your appointment time you will be unable to book again. Parents, this also apply’s when dropping off/picking up kids.
